The work:
The key aspects of this role are to lead high quality consulting engagements and business development across a portfolio of ADP clients and to help develop strategic market offerings. The Manager may also provide support on developing ADP impact area and/or capabilities. Key activities will include:

  • Developing, qualifying, selling, and delivering opportunities with leading INGOs, foundations, donors, businesses, governments, multilaterals, and ventures.

  • Driving ADP practice development for key growth areas. May include leading or supporting strategy development and annual planning, account planning, market positioning strategy/ thought leadership, offering development, learning agenda, Accenture commercial interlocks

  • Serve as oversight for projects as appropriate.

  • Manages teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

  • Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of strategy consulting experience with international development sector clients; one or more of the following preferred:

    • Large INGOs

    • Private foundations

    • Private sector

    • Bilateral/multilateral donors

    • Governments

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus Points if:

  • You have an advanced degree (MBA, MPP)

  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with 2-3 years of prior experience in driving insights using statistics or data analysis

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Strategy & Partnerships

  • You have experience working in low and/or middle-income countries and have an understanding of global health sector (key stakeholders, issues, etc.)

  • Executive level presence with senior partners and clients

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Entrepreneurial skills

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Highly motivated, individually driven, organized and ability to manage a large pipeline and active project portfolio

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $117,000 - $170,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
