Project Description:
The Billing Support Clerk will actively provide exemplary customer service by handling phone call and email correspondence for US Marketing customers regarding invoice errors.
  • Log and track invoice issues in web-based Customer Inquiry Tracking System (CITS)
  • Research and determine resolution of issues with assistance from applicable client's organizations
  • Process invoice corrections where necessary and communicate resolution of the issue to the customer within 5-day Level Service Agreement
  • Perform brief root-cause analysis when service level agreement not met
  • Provide ad hoc support by running SAP queries, downloading data into Excel spreadsheet, filtering and analyzing data
  • Run SOX-required reports (BDC, V 23)
  • Inventory Reconciliations for Consignment FBO's
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual with strong decision-making skills
  • Highly effective team player with solid communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Must reside no more than 50 miles away from Tulsa, Oklahoma
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or a related field
  • SAP experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment
  • Fluency in Spanish
