The Customer practice sits within our Strategy and Consulting business, spanning Financial Services, Resources, Products, Health and Public Sector and Comms, Media & Technology. In Customer, we help clients define, plan and deliver changes that impact end customers and the front-office which include;

  • Moving organisations to a more customer-centric model

  • Creating compelling customer propositions

  • Redefining customer journeys and personalising interactions using multi-channel strategies

  • Utilising the power of customer data to optimise customer engagements

  • Blending physical and digital engagement models to give customers a seamless service model

  • Re-inventing the customer ‘ecosystem’ as products / services spread across organisations

  • Using new technologies & platforms to deliver business and operating models change

& Experience Requirements
You will be a part of high-performing teams and large-scale transformational programmes for clients, helping them leverage best-in-class technologies to delight their customers and create meaningful relationships and interactions. You should have demonstrable experience the following areas:

  • Conducting research to understand the customer and their experience

  • Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies & roadmaps to deliver

  • Designing new customer facing experiences, services and propositions

  • Supporting delivery of digital and front office transformation

  • Customer journey mapping and persona development

  • Customer centric process re-design

  • Leading / facilitating design workshops

  • Working with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders

  • Agile delivery & frameworks

  • Ability to operate at all stages of a project lifecycle, from proposal to delivery

  • Experience managing risks and working with senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills

  • Communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Bringing creativity and design thinking to client problems

  • Experience in management consulting is highly regarded

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in design and delivery of customer-centric change

  • Knowledge and experience with digital marketing technologies - industry certification desirable

  • Design Thinking practitioner

  • Certification in Agile Methodologies desirable
