The Work:
Support the service delivery or product team's in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions. Design and implement sustainable business processes to gather, organize and maintain key information within newly established department.
Provide integration support across various collaboration platforms to assist the front office staff in tracking resources, calendars, tasks, tools and deadlines.
Maintain artifacts used to coordinate and monitor activities by the Department front office staff. Coordinate and consolidate cross Department work products for the senior leadership team. Support the front office s senior leadership team with ad hoc requests and tasks to include data calls and communications from the Directorate front office. Work with all levels of the department to integrate solutions and information. Coordinate and conduct status and communications briefings on Department capabilities and applications. Review and refine Department products and deliverables for dissemination to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with frequently changing requirements
  • Ability to introduce out of the box approaches to business problems and question the status quo, as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
