  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Monitoring the performance and capacity of Network, Unix, Wintel, AWS and application systems using a variety of tools Responsible for responding to incidents, documentation of all issues and ensure warm handoffs to receiving teams updating the ServiceNow and associated records, Log Analyzers and Alerting software as appropriate Communication with technical engineering teams as well as client vendors

    • Technical Experience :
      Monitoring Tools - Splunk, CloudWatch, TPX Orchestrator, SolarWinds ServiceNow Incident Management Communications capability

    • Professional Attributes:
      Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent leadership, communication written and oral Excellent interpersonal skills
