Project Description:
  • Comfortable managing relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders as well as “rolling up your sleeves” in program management and execution
Responsibilities:
  • Thorough understanding of and an appreciation for a wide spectrum of inclusion and diversity topics, issues and sensitivities, why this work matters inside and outside of the workplace and how it drives business performance
  • Track record in integrated marketing and communications, including but not limited to digital, social, events, and sponsorships with a focus on brand awareness, talent and reputation
  • Superior communications, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Excellent leader and collaborator; with experience building effective relationships in large, complex organizations
  • Thorough understanding of and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences
  • Knowledge of and aptitude for digital marketing
  • Proven ability to get things done both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
  • Minimum 10 years integrated marketing and communications experience with proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and website content management tools
  • Proficient with analytics and adept at measuring and optimizing marketing programs
  • Experience coaching a team
  • Professional services marketing experience
  • Expert project management skills
  • Expert budget management and financial reporting skills, including large budgets with multiple vendors and deliverables
  • Expert Microsoft Office suite skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
