Materials Analyst - Receiving Exception & Inventory
Receiving exception tasks triage and resolution
  • Identify root cause(s) for the exceptions and engage the right party for resolution
  • Follow up with open receiving exception tasks and reach out to the task owner to ensure tasks are closed within SLA
  • Run exception analysis with Tableau, Oracle ERP, Internal ERP tools, and provide data visualization to drive corrective actions

Asset file exception tasks triage and resolution
  • Identify root cause(s) for the exceptions and engage the right party for resolution
  • Provide support to vendor or FB internal stakeholders to correct asset file and upload per system requirements so that the asset file can be uploaded successfully and pass system validation
  • Follow up with task owner(s) for resolution
  • Run exception analysis with Tableau, Oracle ERP, Internal ERP tools, and provide data visualization to drive corrective actions

Perform virtual PO receipt
  • Provide a list of requirements to PO requestors so that needed info is received to perform the timely virtual PO receipt.
  • Perform virtual PO receipt accurately and in a timely manner.

Month end close checks
  • Perform month end close checks for assigned POs
  • Follow up with the right party to clarify open PO line status and make update per needs
  • Provide accurate month end close check results to FB FTE in a timely manner.
  • Run month end close analysis per identified criterion

Inventory audit
  • Perform quarterly inventory audit for FB materials at 3rd party warehouses and integrator sites
  • Provide audit results and analysis

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of supply chain experience with focus on material and inventory management
  • Proficient user of Excel, VBA, Tableau or similar data visualization tool is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and ability to scrutinize for quality of response from the stakeholders
  • Enjoys operating in a fast-paced, team environment under time constraints
  • Proven interpersonal skills, comfortable with maneuvering different modes of communication to extract information
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must have strong analytical background
