  • Experience with leading large-scale analytical projects using AWS technologies –Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2, Quicksight, etc.
  • Proficiency with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent knowledge of Advanced SQL working with very large data sets.
  • Experience in scripting languages for parsing and data analysis
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

The service comes with unlimited photo storage for Prime members and we have apps on iOS, Android, Web, Desktop, Fire Tablet & Fire TV. The service is integrated into Alexa devices such as Echo Show and Echo Spot. Photos is Amazon’s latest digital service released on the heels of the Amazon’s Music and Video offerings and is poised for growth. The team is looking for a motivated Business Analyst who can use advance analytical techniques to unveil key usage trends and deliver actionable insights for the Marketing and Product teams.

This role requires the individual to possess an established analytical thought process, proficiency in popular analytical frameworks, knowledge and experience with statistical methods, and ability to work under ambiguous circumstances.   • Industry experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Scientist, or related field with a track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets.
  • Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning. Expertise in applying supervised and unsupervised algorithms to large-scale data
  • Excellent knowledge of Advanced SQL working with very large data sets.
  • Experience building data products incrementally and integrating and managing datasets from multiple sources.
