- Must have work experience in HR processes, preferably training/learning process or client management
- Must possess basic MS-Excel skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent English communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Preferable – experience in HR / HR Outsourcing
- Showing consistency of tenure in previous organizations.
- Willingness to initiate, improve and drive the process.
