Job Description
  • Ability to multi task prioritize coordinate work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Key Responsibilities.
  • Attend the Client calls.
  • Provide updates for the respective tools.
  • Support L2 for troubleshooting in terms of stuck anywhere.
  • Manage end to end Endpoint Security Solutions which includes and not limited to install configure manage administer troubleshoot etc.
  • Hands on experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases.
  • Provide Service improvement to the management.
  • Fine tuning rules Raise case and follow up with support for any issue with Vendors.
  • Suggest new integration to the clients and their benefits.
