We are looking for a Manager, Data Analytics - Quick Commerce (f/m/d) to join the Local Shops, Global Commercial team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.
Your mission:

  • You work closely with the Local Shops Management team to drive initiatives that have a direct revenue or cost impact

  • You drive the decision-making process on crucial topics such as shops' commission rates, assortment optimization, delivery fees, advertising, promotions or up-selling across all Delivery Hero brands.

  • You identify potential fields of improvement, develop hypotheses and provide new insights with your analysis to further increase our commercial efficiency.

  • You work together with Delivery Hero's central data team to translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers to help regional managers improve Q commerce performance

  • You monitor and challenge business, financial and functional performance and drive key OKRs working on different strategic analysis for specific regions

  • You support senior management with regular performance reports, business modelling and other critical topics

  • You support the development and growth of a dedicated team of Revenue/Pricing/Assortment Analysts


Your heroic skills:


  • You have at least 6 years f working experience in an analytical role in consulting, strategic business development or investment banking, experience in e-commerce or tech is a plus

  • You have a data-driven person with a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers, business modelling and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data

  • Strong SQL skills and comfortable with Redshift, BigQuery or other PostgreSQL environments.

  • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Looker is a strong plus

  • Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.

  • You are a hands-on team player with good relationship building skills.

  • You possess excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written; and strong in senior management communication (insights driven)
