We are looking for a Manager (f/m/d) to join the Logistics Operations team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.
The Logistics Operations team at Delivery Hero builds the foundation for excellence and partnership with our entities worldwide (regional/local) by reinforcing product strategy and operational improvement with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, and reporting.
We work with senior management and our regional/local stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our operations associated with our customers and restaurant partners. We are responsible for understanding the quality of their experience with our products and services globally, to identify new feature requirements to feed into the product roadmap.
Your heroic skills:
You will become an authority figure and take ownership of global (functional) initiatives to strengthen our riders, vendors, customers relationships
You coordinate and project manage the roll-out of new products and features aiming at improving the service quality as well as efficiency
You monitor the product performance and usage in your region and highlight areas for optimization with supporting analysis
You proactively find areas for improvement, are innovative in seeking the best solution, and execute in a timely and considered manner
You are able to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders, influence, and attain the requisite buy-in in a structured way
You work on cross-functional projects and engage with multiple business units including logistics, marketing, product, tech, legal and contact centre
You provide senior management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations

You gained at least 4+ years of professional experience in product operations or operations management in a tech company. You also have a proven track record in managing people
You possess a hands-on mentality and logical thinking skills
You are a high performer capable of creating impact through data driven decisions. A solid understanding of SQL is needed
