We are looking for a User Research Lead (f/m/d) to join our Global Product Strategy Team to create a seamless and personalized ordering experience for our customers. Your mission:

  • Lead and build the new UX Research team whose mission is to create the right input for the worldwide product strategy as well as running comparative usability studies along with the local teams.

  • Support the group-level product strategy by amplifying the users' voice making sure we drive our product forward in the most meaningful way not only for our business but also for the end users.

  • Utilise Delivery Hero’s unique position with several locally built apps to compare the approaches and derive usability best practices.

  • Work alongside other UX researchers to establish best practices and provide a holistic view of our customer's behaviour

  • Support preparing, conducting and evaluating user interviews and other moderated and unmoderated UX research sessions

  • Help in effectively communicating research findings to a wider audience showing the key value it brings

Your heroic skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in UX research or a related field

  • You study a related subject, such as social science, communication design, human-computer interaction, interaction design or similar.

  • Hands-on experience running qualitative research using a variety of interviewing techniques (e.g. user testing, ethnography)

  • Experience with data analysis and quantitative research methods (surveys, SPSS or R) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in leading UX research teams is a plus.
