We are looking for a Senior Security Incident Response Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. Your mission:
This position will function as the lead investigator for security incidents. It will serve as an escalation point for complex security incidents and act as an incident manager to coordinate response efforts across multiple teams. Daily responsibilities will include monitoring security event logs through the SIEM tools, opening cases for investigation, collecting evidence and bringing in subject matter experts as needed to remediate security issues.
Your key responsibilities are detailed below:

  • Lead and manage the Delivery hero Cyber Security Incident response team.

  • Leads the Monitoring, investigation, and response to major security incidents and coordinates incident response and remediation activities, recommends required actions and follows up to ensure these are implemented.

  • Manage and maintain Security incident management framework, standards, policies and guidelines.

  • Enhance existing measurements and metrics to track and improve security operation

  • Enhance, design and implement SOAR workflows.

  • Develop and maintain incident case management and resolution tracking systems

  • Main security contact to all legal teams and corporate communication regarding security incidents

Your heroic skills:

  • Experience implementing, configuring, deploying, security tools for big companies

  • Experience in risk management in a diverse, fast changing environment

  • Previous experience working as information security manager

  • Experience with one or more cloud vendor services and management tools (AWS, GCP) and DevSecOps processes

  • Ability to do scripting, query datasources (SQL databases, API, webservices), and automation of security tools

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-teams collaborations

  • Strong technical aptitude with a desire to learn new skills and industry trends

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Required qualifications:
Minimum 7 years experience in Information Security
Minimum 5 years experience managing Security Incident response or SOC teams.
Strong understanding of NIST framework
Expertize with SOAR platforms (e.g. Demisto, InsightConnect, Phantom, Resilient, etc.)
Experience with Splunk, Jira, Network security monitoring tools
Certifications like CISSP and CISM are a plus
