Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. What you’ll achieve
As the Demand Generation and Operations Sr. Advisor, you will own the strategic planning and development of Medium Business programs - from kickoff, plan creation, reviews, program optimizations, and results reporting – that achieve demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services across B2B LOBs.
You will:

  • Manage the deployment and execution of 3rd party campaign creative/content with a list of primary vendors

  • Lead the partnership with Dell’s agency of record to develop, execute, and optimize plans across vendors

  • Work with global and regional campaign marketing teams to develop and execute demand generation plans in alignment with Dell Technologies key priorities

  • Determine most effective media mixes to drive desired demand across Lead Generation vehicles

  • Meet with key partners to stay up to date on industry trends and seek out new innovative techniques that enhance customer interaction

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation with an outstanding history of success

  • Strong communication skills to articulate high-level demand generation strategy within all levels of the organization while keeping a customer first mindset

  • Proactive, responsive, and customer-service oriented with a sense of project ownership/accountability and excitement to learn new skills

  • Experience in B2B digital marketing

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into key learnings/impacts, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A keen drive for results, and ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments

  • Program management experience, and ability to navigate through ambiguity

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

  • Lead Generation experience preferred
