What you’ll achieve
As the Demand Generation and Operations Sr. Advisor, you will own the strategic planning and development of Medium Business programs - from kickoff, plan creation, reviews, program optimizations, and results reporting – that achieve demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services across B2B LOBs.
Manage the deployment and execution of 3rd party campaign creative/content with a list of primary vendors
Lead the partnership with Dell’s agency of record to develop, execute, and optimize plans across vendors
Work with global and regional campaign marketing teams to develop and execute demand generation plans in alignment with Dell Technologies key priorities
Determine most effective media mixes to drive desired demand across Lead Generation vehicles
Meet with key partners to stay up to date on industry trends and seek out new innovative techniques that enhance customer interaction

5+ years of experience in demand generation with an outstanding history of success
Strong communication skills to articulate high-level demand generation strategy within all levels of the organization while keeping a customer first mindset
Proactive, responsive, and customer-service oriented with a sense of project ownership/accountability and excitement to learn new skills
Experience in B2B digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into key learnings/impacts, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A keen drive for results, and ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments
Program management experience, and ability to navigate through ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
Lead Generation experience preferred
