  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to executives Coordinates special projects and department activities Coordinates office functions with other departments
  • Manage and coordinate executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Organize staff and business meetings
  • Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves inquiries and requests Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
  • Tracks operational data in a database, including financial and other reporting metrics Uses software tools to compile data into presentation format Independently prepare presentations and recurring reports
  • You will:
    • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to executives
  • Manage and coordinate executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports
  • Organize staff and business meetings
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Essential Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years supporting executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be well-organized, have great time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
