What you’ll achieve
As a Financial Controller, you will work with highly skilled account teams to provide planning support for a business unit, including financial performance impact analysis, financial models and reports and variance review of actual and planned results.

- Quota Planning
- Accounts & Sales Rep Alignments
- Sales Compensation & Pay Reviews
- Productivity Analysis
- HC, OPEX & T&E Management
- Special Pricing Governance

- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a professional role
- Strong analytical and business modelling skills and the ability to influence and gain trust from others in critical situations
- Experience in territory planning, quota planning, sales compensation, OPEX management and pricing
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proactivity and capability to handle complex variables in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Detailed knowledge of Excel and other software applications
- Experience with VMware products preferred
