The Services Field and Partner Marketing team drives awareness and consideration for the entire DT Services portfolio in all regions, across client and infrastructure solutions, by sharing Services stories with internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll achieve
As Global Channel Services Integration Manager, you will be responsible for integrating Services messaging into channel partner-facing vehicles, including, but not limited to, campaigns, launches and events.
You will leverage messaging and content created by the Services marketing team and collaborate with multiple teams across the Dell channel ecosystem to increase Services share of voice through relevant messaging placement in vehicles listed above. Your goal is to elevate partner awareness of Services offers, and increase channel sales and delivery of those services.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize and plan Channel Services participation in global events, such as Dell Technologies World, Partner Summits, Canalys and more. You’ll be responsible for executing Services participation in these events and elevating the profile of Services with our partner community.
Further, you'll collaborate with the regional Services field marketing teams to manage and coordinate programs, campaigns and EBC briefing inclusion, supporting the business goals of the Channel Services sales team and other key stakeholders.
You will:
  • Thrive in a cross-functional, global team environment, partnering with Channel Services Sales, product and field marketers, Services COC, and the customer to drive Services revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategy that drives Services offer awareness with the channel sales team and partners in order to increase Services revenue
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to elevate the Services brand with our channel partners

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in technology marketing
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
  • Foundational understanding of the Dell Technologies Services portfolio with the appetite to learn more

Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience in designing integrated marketing programs and supporting sales teams
  • Keen understanding of the Dell Technologies Channel business
  • Creative problem solver
