What you’ll achieve
As a Cloud Software Operations Consultant, you will help monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals. In this role you will cooperate with multiple cross-functional teams to optimize processes to deliver the highest quality results.
You will:
  • Oversee/manage operational support for Partner Software Cloud product launches; establish operational objectives
  • Analyze data on relevant project metrics and trends and recommend strategic priorities
  • Set direction and lead deployment of processes and best practice implementations
  • Influence and manage multiple functions or processes which will have global impact
  • Maintain in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices
  • Extract requirements from business and understand technical and business impact of those requirements
  • Manage cross-functional team engagement; Define deliverables and mission for team engagement
  • Plan implementations and advance strategies for new initiatives
  • Develop, lead, and execute on strategic and often complex initiatives.
  • Be point of contact for all executive/management communication
  • Oversee/manage operational support for Partner Software Cloud product launches; establish operational objectives
  • Provide overall guidance to the IT PM and the Offer specific PM in the following areas:
    • Offer requirements in the PRD; incorporate in CFOs
    • Contract negotiation efforts by partnering with procurement teams
    • Services support

Essential Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of breadth of offers (SaaS, etc).
  • Advanced understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with senior level business leaders
  • Ability to communicate clearly and presents recommendations at the senior leadership levels
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Advanced communication, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of contracting terms and ability to recognize risk averse terms
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, hold others accountable and influence others to achieve results
  • Develops and articulates business cases supporting courses of action
  • Strong business case modeling skills: identifies gaps and is able to develop action plans to address
  • Advanced organizing and planning skills to lead large cross functional teams and complex deliverables involving multiple systems and tools
  • Ability to thoroughly understand business objectives and establish program governance
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – Ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
