What you’ll achieve
Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project. Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis. Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews. Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications. Drives process improvements. Develops KPIs and related reporting for tracking of the success of project. Typically responsible for mid to large sized projects. Impact of projects is on the entire function or process.
You will:
  • Develops, drives, and synthesizes analytical results to support strategic problems as identified by leadership
  • Extracts themes and insights from analysis to develop hypotheses and compelling “storyboards” with limited guidance
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results
  • Focuses outputs on driving action and clear decisions.
  • Builds rapport and credibility quickly with business partners.
  • Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives
  • Writes key sections of presentations
  • Delivers KPIs and business insight to run the business
  • Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements.
