The Facebook Partner Marketing team develops programs and marketing campaigns for the Partnerships audience across our portfolio of platforms & solutions. We are responsible for working with an ecosystem of companies that provide data, tools and services that maximize the performance of Facebook marketing for all its clients.
Our marketing team is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support our partner and advertiser enablement efforts in critical business areas like services/agencies and horizontal areas like partner advocacy. This role is responsible for supporting the development of our programs across partner types and development of content and thought leadership to help grow clients’ businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a marketing background along with program management, strategy and execution.
  • Develop and manage the Facebook Business Partner brand - create value for our customers, our partners, and Facebook
  • Own the business facing go-to-market activities for the FBP brand - develop and execute marketing messaging & strategies that increase awareness and consideration
  • Evangelize the brand internally with cross-functional, regional marketing teams, and sales and influence new business units to adopt the brand
  • Field market research to support hypotheses
  • Arm partners with brand materials and narratives, enlist them in building brand equity through co-marketing and other initiatives
  • Create scale, consistency, and measurability for the brand. Align to core BEPS and FB KPIs
  • Work across regional and central functional teams including partnerships, global business marketing, communications, and product
  • Work with Facebook’s Global Business Marketing team to integrate FBP into core company initiatives, establish partners as a primary growth driver for customers and FB
  • Manage 2 contractors
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with exposure to integrated marketing (including performance & digital media), brand & creative development, paid and owned media, and executive communications
  • Experience using data to inform decision making and improve results
  • Experience collaborating and working across multiple teams
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities, and internationally
  • Experience with product marketing and technology launches
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market research
