We’re looking for a dynamic, process-loving, action-oriented ops analyst. In this role, you’ll work with our Vendor Management team to source inventory for Facebook and Instagram and keep us on track with all the internal and seller-facing work we have to do to make the magic happen.
  • Manage all executional aspects of sourcing inventory including item setup, item management and quality assurance (in stock, Product Detail Page health, price competitiveness), item tracking, and cross-functional list maintenance
  • Manage vendor agreements and deal contracts from inception to execution and payouts
  • Serve as first line seller contact for issues related to catalog, in-season execution and seller-facing bugs: monitor seller performance and flag issues to appropriate cross-functional team
  • Interface with catalog teams, product support operations, legal, business process & operations, Strategic Partner Manager's and Product Marketing Manager's to support inventory-related execution
  • Maintain expert knowledge on Commerce Manager and all other systems sellers interact with
  • For Tier 1 sellers, support Vendor Managers in meeting prep, deck creation and insights gathering
  • Perform scaled outreach and communications to unmanaged partners for participation in merchandising events
  • Inform Vendor Management tool requirements
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experience in an operational role with external-facing responsibilities
  • Experience with detail orientation and self-direction
  • Experience pivoting quickly in hyper fast paced environment and resolving ambiguity quickly
  • Experience forming and maintaining connections with technical and support teams throughout the company
  • Experience communicating the needs of Vendor Managers and Sellers to technical cross functional partners succinctly
