We are looking for a creative and collaborative Director of Field Marketing aligned to our global Corporate Sales Team, which represents one of our most crucial and fastest-growing segments. This position will report into the VP, WW Demand Gen & Field Marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Define the Global Corporate Field Marketing strategy that will drive revenue and increase adoption of Atlas, our database-as-a-service
  • Align closely with the Corporate Sales organization and its leadership through regular communication, QBRs, planning, and feedback sessions
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the global Corporate Field Marketing team
  • Partner closely with our Growth Marketing organization to drive joint high-velocity programs that facilitate lead flow
  • Own the entirety of the funnel, regularly diagnose problems, and propose solutions to optimize lead flow
  • Drive global marketing initiatives as a member of the DGFM leadership team
  • Produce creative programs, redefine best practices, and set new standards across the global marketing organizations
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant, B2B marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-growth technology companies
  • 4+ years Marketing leadership experience
  • Consistent track record of delivering pipeline growth and return on investment on budget and time
  • Significant experience working alongside strong, effective sales teams
  • Successful record of building and executing impactful, innovative campaigns
  • Ability to influence partner expectations, secure consensus, and get alignment
  • Understanding of sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role that marketing plays at each stage of the buyer and customer journeys
  • Deep expertise in data analysis to influence critical business decisions
  • Ability to hire top talent and shown success in team building, day-to-day management, mentorship, and coaching

This role can be based out of our San Francisco office or remotely in the North America region.
