Job Description Summary: Job Functions: · Be a subject matter expert for a team of 4-6 Account Executives, thereby reinforcing their sales expertise, technical skills, and product knowledge. · Constantly suggests improvements to AE education, sales processes, and AE/customer-facing technology, for the purpose of improving the customer experience, sales performance and overall business efficiencies. · Work with AE's on merchant requests and issues; act as “second set of eyes” and “second voice” to help close difficult deals. · Responsible for the mentoring and ramp up of new AE's to the team. · Be a pace-setter for the sales floor. - Complete Call Coaching sessions and book reviews on a weekly basis for quality purposes - Score Calls for Sales Quality Program (SCOR) each week & participate in quality scoring calibration sessions
