Now we are looking for this position:
Analista de Cultura, Diversidad e Inclusión
Main Purpose
This role is responsible for providing support with the Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda for LatAm in terms of communications, analytics, periodic reporting and vendor management. This position collaborates with Talent Analytics, Talent Assessments and Development and Culture and DE&I teams in LatAm to ensure execution of specific tasks related to the role.
Accountabilities
  • Create Diversity KPIs report based on monthly database and analyze data to provide insights across sector, functions and OUs.
  • Support Culture and DE&I communication and awareness campaigns, creating contents and toolkits aligned to global, sector and local strategy
  • Measure results of DE&I initiatives, effeciency and plan future improvements
  • Support with design and execution of Culture, DE&I LatAm Quarterly Newsletter
  • Responsible for Culture, DE&I vendor management processes: new vendor identification, contracts, purchase orders, payments
  • Monitor Culture, DE&I training participation, impact/effectiveness and identify opportunities
  • Responsible for designing and coordinating DE&I program’s nomination process with local teams
  • Provide support with programs communications, surveys and programs evaluations, measuring results of initiatives and plan future improvements
  • Responsible for Culture recognition reports and dashboards (e.g Smiles Program, Quarterly Awards, ..)
  • Support with curation of global Culture Degreed pathways and local content provided from the Ous to feed the LatAm pathways
  • Support with translations of differente Culture, DE&I contents to Spanish and Portuguese

Qualifications/Requirements
Experience and profile
  • Analitical Skills desired
  • Advanced Excel is a must
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Strategic thinking and ability to set strategic priorities/objectives
  • Expertise in data management and HR analytics is a must
  • Expertise in communications (design and contents)
  • End-to-end Process design, development and maintenance
  • Consultative skills – partnering with others to determine appropriate solutions to business need
  • College degree in relevant discipline desired
  • Knowledge in Photoshop is desired
