The Global Talent Management Senior Analyst will develop, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the overall business, with a focus on (but not limited to) the organization’s Growth & Development agenda.
The incumbent will integrate key information from various surveys, stakeholder feedback channels, and talent data in order to continuously evolve our Growth & Development programs and processes, benefitting the entire enterprise. This role is collaborative in nature, partnering with various stakeholders such as the Global HR Operations department, sector and functional Talent Management teams, and HR Business Partners.
Supports Growth & Development for PepsiCo globally, responsible for global alignment and implementation of processes, policies, and tools. Coordinates and consults with sector and function Talent Management teams regularly to manage the Growth & Development experience
Leads creation of resources that will support all stakeholders (associates, managers, HR) through the Growth & Development stages. Leads creation of targeted skill-building programs (e.g. manager capability in support of Development Conversations). Assists in the development of a robust and adaptable change management and communications plan for future deployment
Supports the evolution of Growth & Development processes by identifying and providing data-driven insights to leadership for global deployment
Assists with the deployment of the myDevelopment talent marketplace employee platform, providing talent management expertise to support the roll out of the platform. Partners with the HR Operations team to streamline and simplify the digital employee experience
Supports GTM translation processes throughout the year, working with third-party vendors to ensure translations of communications and resources are accurate and timely
Collaborates with different global teams (Global Comms, HR Ops, etc) to support centralization of HR and business-facing to streamline the communication process (e.g., company-wide emails, internal webpages, quick cards, videos)
Supports GTM leadership in researching external trends to ensure relevant and industry-leading approaches to managing Growth & Development are incorporated.
Bachelor's degree required
MA degree in Applied Social Sciences field preferred (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Capital Management)
Consulting skills and approach; ability to manage global stakeholders
Proven experience working effectively with people at all seniority levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Talent Management practices
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent database management and statistical analysis skills; strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to deal with organizational complexity and ambiguity
Minimum 2+ years of industry experience
