This position will assist and develop PGT-MDG Master Data by developing Tools & Reports to assist in future Innovation processes supporting Master Data Management, for both legacy systems and MGD/SAP S4 Hana. The objective is to accurately portray the business requirements, develop improved processes to ensure context of a standard PepsiCo ERP solution. This position wil ensure the Business Process Transformation Vision and design is consistent for the Master Data, plant, material, production, and planning. In addition, the SC C&O Team requires a full time resource to work with the divisions, business units, and process improvement teams for enterprise-wide production support of master data as it relates to MTD, OTC, R2R, PTP & FTS valuestreams end-to-end Material life cycle processes.
Baseline Data Management
Manage day to day SC C&O Tools, SharePoint, & MDG S4-Hana
Develop and improve SC C&O Master Data scorecards and KPI metrics to ensure data quality, ownership, and non-compliance issues are resolved.
Make appropriate tactical decisions necessary to complete assigned project(s).
Proactively coordinate, analyze, and review Master Data activities to increase data quality, data efficiency, completeness, consistency, and data integrity. Verify accuracy of the information posted by functional area with subject matter expert (SME).
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or related fields
2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or IT
Recent funnctional SAP experience
Prefer knowledge of data reporting/visualization tools such as SQL, SQVI, and Tableau,
Strategic approach to define data standards such as metrics to assure data readiness / completeness
Management (SAP) with primary focus on maintenance of Plant, Material, Production, and Planning Master Data
Project management skills
Required Education/Professional experiences:
Exhibits a strong "can-do", "will-do" attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines. Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-motivated
Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written and listening skills. Ability to document processes and data flows.
Possesses broad-based business knowledge of other technologies in order to execute project deliverables
Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Office 365 tools
Years: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain or related business function perferred.
Degree: College degree in a rigorous discipline (Engineering, Supply Chain) preferred.
Travel requirements: 5%
