Now we are looking for this position:
Talent Acquisition Analyst
Main Purpose
Responsible for executing the end to end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.
Accountabilities
  • Open requisition in PepsiCo’s system.
  • Create job posting internally and externally based on the job description
  • Conduct passive candidate outreach / research (e.g. LinkedIn, Talent Network, Recruitment Edge)
  • Do the candidate’s quality check in the system and update the data in time and form.
  • First interview call
  • Schedule interviews with the hiring manager and the internal stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Schedule in-person interview for finals candidates and coordinate with hiring manager
  • Manage requisitions (disposition unsuitable candidates, upload interview notes, disposition candidates as they progress) in order to ensure the data quality for the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Produce the offer letter (based on appropriate template)
  • Understand and keep tracking of the Local recruitment KPI’s.
  • Work alongside the local team in order to identify process gaps who will let him/her create and execute different call to actions willing to evolve the process.
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Qualifications/Requirements
Education/requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
  • Fluent English (Written & Verbal skills)
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in HR.
  • Previous intermediary experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level.
  • Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered.
  • Previous HR experience, or specifically HR generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, such as Kenexa)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Leverage technology and intellectual curiosity
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Non Technical Skills Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organizations:
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration
  • Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment

  • Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
  • Must be collaborative team player
