Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our expanding EMEA Recruitment team. This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of talent within our Corporate Functions and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Specific responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Full life cycle recruiting

  • Proactively identifying new candidates for our EMEA markets through applications, generating referrals, and headhunting activities

  • Negotiating and closing candidates

  • Ensuring equality and inclusive hiring principles throughout the process

  • Managing relationships with business leaders and acting as a trusted advisor

  • Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of “top talent” in the EMEA market

  • Managing weekly candidate tracking and reporting while updating internal applicant tracking system with candidate information

  • Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) as needed

  • Sharing ideas and best practices across the team

  • collaborating in EMEA/Global projects

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience as a Recruiter ideally in an enterprise software company or an agency environment

  • Passionate when it comes to providing the best in class candidate experience and advising candidates with their next career opportunity

  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates

  • Experience and motivation to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Ability to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates

  • Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle

  • Operational excellence when it comes to reporting
