HR Compliance Analyst

The Role
The HR Compliance Analyst supports human resources related compliance projects and programs with cross-functional teams, and focuses on improving and enhancing labor and employment law related policies, practices, and processes company wide. This role will report to the Staff HRC Analyst, and collaborate with other Analysts and Senior Analysts.
  • Build and implement scalable, world-class employment policies and programs that balance legal risk with business impact. Help craft internal guidelines, procedures, change management processes and communications.
  • Partner with applicable HR teams – Total Rewards, DEI, Compensation, Recruiting and People Operations – to identify possible process changes needed because of new or modified policies.
  • Drive investigation, training, guidance and change management for HRC initiatives and projects.
  • Investigate, root cause and problem solve people-related issues in collaboration with the Employee Relations team.
  • Incorporate compliance, operational efficiency, and usability into suggested process changes.
  • Support all HRC projects and initiatives.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR compliance related experience; includes general HR, employee relations, employment law, paralegal experience.
  • Experience with federal and state employment laws and regulations including Title VII, FEHA, ADA, ADEA, Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, OFCCP, other EEO laws, wage and hour laws, and other federal and local laws affecting the employer-employee relationship.
