Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to scale world-class personalized customer engagement for Twilio's global customer base. The person in this role will help Twilio set the bar for customer engagement by working on initiatives that delight our customers with personalized and timely messaging and a forward-thinking demonstration of Twilio's products. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this position is crucial in supporting Twilio's growth engine, and their work will help scale marketing activities across the globe!
Twilio is looking for a leader who has a demonstrated track record of building and executing a high volume of effective digital marketing campaigns. They also have:
  • 5+ years experience in a campaign program management or marketing operations role
  • A strong command of top-tier Marketing Automation Platforms and emerging campaign management tools
  • Expertise in designing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives in the email channel and other direct channels.
  • Very strong attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Marketo HTML email templates
  • Exceptional collaboration and technical aptitude, having worked with highly complex processes and a large MarTech stack
  • Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, and JIRA
  • Passion about the Twilio brand, product, and opportunity to revolutionize modern communications.
  • A sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and focus on customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

As Campaign Operations Manager, you will live the Twilio Magic values:
  • WRITE IT DOWN: The Campaign Operations team ensures strategic process alignment across the global marketing department. You will develop and optimize processes that promote efficiency and accuracy.
  • WEAR THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES: Build trust with our internal stakeholders, and develop empathy for their day-to-day challenges. Identify their biggest campaign obstacles, and systematically address their problems.
  • BE AN OWNER: Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for the customer experience in campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Maintain strong communication and a collaborative approach with Marketing stakeholders. Identify gaps and opportunities in the marketing plan and propose solutions to unlock engagement.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Denver/Boulder Metro:
Salary Range: $74,944 - $93,680
Rest of Colorado:
Salary Range: $65,576 - $81,970
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
