About the Team
As a member of our diverse and skilled Presales North America team you will have the opportunity to wear lots of hats and be challenged daily. On a typical day, you will be working as part of a talented agile team responsible for conducting discovery calls and product solutioning to help perspective clients transform and streamline their business to its fullest potential. You will be using market data and strategic judgment to stay in front of our competitors.
About the Role
Workday is looking for Presales Solution Consultants with Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise, to join our Medium Enterprise team in the South.
This is your chance to represent and demonstrate the value of next generation SaaS HCM Applications to Workday prospect customers. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging your deep Human Capital Management (HCM) and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday presales consultants provide discovery, core human capital expertise, Executive presentations, and Workday HCM product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales teams, to customers throughout the sales cycle.
Your experience should include expertise in interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, analysis of current operations and business needs; and development and presentation of cutting edge, cloud-based HCM solutions for enterprise customers.
About You
Your experience should also include:
  • Unrivaled professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, interfacing with and selling to the office of the CHRO and CFO specifically.
  • Expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance. Recruiting and Talent Management are a plus to have.
  • Pre-sales / Sales Consulting experience with HCM enterprise business solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to travel ~60%.
