Sr Manager, Product Marketing Strategy and Pricing

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Strategy & Pricing Manager with strong analytical skills, an interest in strategy, and an ambition to have a significant impact on understanding and growing our business. The right candidate will have a desire to work amongst product, marketing, sales, support, and finance teams to drive the business forward.
You must have a high level of curiosity, a drive for accuracy, high attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data into a beautifully simple story. What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing Strategy & Pricing, you will support efforts to drive strategy in key go-to-market areas by delivering insights and communicating implications to improve decision-making.
  • Executive Review: Understand the implications of various efforts and initiatives and package those implications in clear, compelling communications for Zendesk Executives
  • GTM Analysis: Analyze complex and disparate data sets to determine the impact of various pricing and packaging efforts on bookings, revenue, product mix etc, to clearly identify the impact of these efforts and recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Tracking: Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards showing critical metric trends and variances (plan vs actuals) and run ad hoc analysis when anomalies are noted
  • Reporting: Align with Finance and operations teams to drive standardized reports to drive business outcomes
  • Collaboration: Work with key partners across functions to create a holistic view of Zendesk customers and our portfolio of products.

What you bring to the role:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or analyst experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consumer internet is preferred
  • High quality analysis and presentation is a must. Ability to use SQL to dive into large volumes of data and develop meaningful insights for the business are key to success in this role
  • Intellectually curious and passionate about this opportunity
